The flavonoids act as the fighter of free radicals caused by digesting food or when you are exposed in smoke and sunlight. It can also help the body prevent bad cholesterol by ten percent.

The flavonoids, based on a researcher, can also fight UV rays that can cause skin cancer. Usually, if you are feeling sad or brokenhearted you eat sweets and chocolates. Unlike milk chocolates, the darker ones act as anti depressants.

Infusions of different wines and fruits with chocolates are called gourmets. There is a website offering different kinds of gourmet sweets.
